Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service regulate the terms and conditions of use, procedures, rights, obligations and responsibilities between TXMe Inc. (hereinafter 'Company') and members for the Mancy service (hereinafter 'Service').

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. 'Service' refers to the AI-based fortune analysis service provided by the Company. 2. 'Member' refers to a person who agrees to these terms and uses the Service. 3. 'Paid Service' refers to premium services provided by the Company for a fee.

Article 3 (Effect and Modification of Terms)

1. These terms take effect by posting them on the service screen or by notifying members through other methods. 2. The Company may modify these terms within the scope permitted by applicable laws when necessary. 3. Modified terms take effect 7 days after the date of notice.

Article 4 (Service Provision)

1. The Company provides the following services: - AI-based Four Pillars (Saju) analysis service - Horoscope service - Tarot card reading service - Numerology analysis service - Vedic astrology service - Other services determined by the Company 2. Services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in principle. However, service provision may be temporarily suspended due to system maintenance, etc.

Article 5 (Paid Services and Payment)

1. The Company may provide paid services in addition to free services. 2. Usage fees and payment methods for paid services follow the terms specified for each service. 3. Payment methods: Credit cards, debit cards, mobile payments (KakaoPay, NaverPay, etc.) 4. Monthly subscription fee: Premium KRW 9,900/month 5. One-time purchase fee: Premium reading KRW 990/reading

Article 6 (Withdrawal and Refund)

1. Members may withdraw from paid services within 7 days after payment. 2. However, withdrawal is restricted in the following cases: - When the service has already been used - When the service was provided due to reasons attributable to the member 3. Refund methods may vary depending on the payment method. 4. When canceling a monthly subscription, no refund will be provided for the remaining period from the date of cancellation request, but the service can be used until the end of the cancellation month. 5. Article 7 (Member Obligations)

1. Members shall not engage in the following activities when using the service: - Stealing others' information - Infringing on Company's copyrights and other intellectual property rights - Activities that interfere with the stable operation of the service - Other activities that violate laws and these terms 2. Members are responsible for safely managing their account information.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

1. Fortune readings and Four Pillars analysis results provided by this service are provided for entertainment and reference purposes only. 2. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information provided through the service. 3. The Company is not responsible for decisions made by members based on service results. 4. Please consult with professionals before making important decisions.

Article 9 (Dispute Resolution)

1. If a member files an objection regarding disputes between the Company and member, the Company will immediately handle matters that can be processed immediately. 2. Disputes regarding these terms shall be resolved according to Korean law. 3. In case of disputes arising from service use, the competent court shall be the Seoul Central District Court.

Article 10 (Miscellaneous)

1. Matters not specified in these terms and interpretation of these terms shall follow applicable laws and customs. 2. These terms are effective from January 1, 2024. [Addendum] These terms are effective from January 1, 2024.
